The Goodwood Festival of Speed 2007
Day One
Friday 22nd June 2007
The first day of this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed looks set to be a truly spectacular.
Toyota Sculpture
Toyota's set piece for this year's 'Festival of Speed' was an engineering feat to say the least. Designed, as always, by Jerry
Judah, who is an artist and metal-work visionary, from the shinto religious arch.

The entire construction took Littlehampton Welding nearly a year to complete, and, like an iceberg, there is nearly as much
under the ground as above!

The tallest arch is 35 metres high, towering over Goodwood House and is so tall it has lights to warn low-flying aircraft
on the top.
Colin McRae's exciting new 2.5 litre four-wheel drive R4 rally car is seen for the first time.

Michael Ammermueller's 2007 Red-Bull F1 car.

As Red Bull's test driver, Michael puts in the miles with David Coulthard and Mark Webber.
